Such a great gym and nice staff! Plenty of equipment, free weights, and warmup/stretching gear to use. The showers are convenient. Coach Blake is the best, highly recommend him. I started with barely any knowledge and a big fear of the gym, but he has helped me overcome that and made me feel like it's a home.

I really like coming here. it's a nice quiet little gym and has all the equipment I need. 5 stars for the convenience. The equipment is clean and maintained. If you're like me and want to pop your ear buds in and avoid eye contact for the next hour, this is the gym for you. It's never crowded to a point where I feel like the equipment I use wouldn't be available.
I initially posted a 2 star review because I had some concerns about a few things, and the owner of this business messaged me by the end of that day. He wanted to fix everything. He explained that unless someone tells him, he has no idea that there's a problem.... read full review

I workout personally with Jasmin, a personal trainer there, and she’s amazing! She is very understanding and knowledgeable. She works with me during every stage of my life and is someone I can rely on. I will continue to go where Jasmin goes. Jasmin goes above and beyond
