Such a great gym and nice staff! Plenty of equipment, free weights, and warmup/stretching gear to use. The showers are convenient. Coach Blake is the best, highly recommend him. I started with barely any knowledge and a big fear of the gym, but he has helped me overcome that and made me feel like it's a home.

I really like coming here. it's a nice quiet little gym and has all the equipment I need. 5 stars for the convenience. The equipment is clean and maintained. If you're like me and want to pop your ear buds in and avoid eye contact for the next hour, this is the gym for you. It's never crowded to a point where I feel like the equipment I use wouldn't be available.
I initially posted a 2 star review because I had some concerns about a few things, and the owner of this business messaged me by the end of that day. He wanted to fix everything. He explained that unless someone tells him, he has no idea that there's a problem. My review mentioned that there were never any clean towels, he had already ordered enough towels to double what they had. My review mentioned some issues with the sauna (which to be fair, is one of the least trafficked areas), and he was more than happy to get on it and make sure that was his priority to have it fixed ASAP. And that, is how you run a business. At no point did he ask me to change my review, but the fact that he reached out so personally and was genuinely concerned that one of his customers was dissatisfied, and was very eager to fix what was wrong to make his gym the best gym I could hope for, that was above and beyond. He even kept me to to date on the repairs to the sauna! He wanted to make sure that I felt very welcome to return and that things would be fixed. I love that. Joseph cares about my experience as a member of his gym, which means that he cares about EVERY member's experience.

I workout personally with Jasmin, a personal trainer there, and she’s amazing! She is very understanding and knowledgeable. She works with me during every stage of my life and is someone I can rely on. I will continue to go where Jasmin goes. Jasmin goes above and beyond

I really enjoy working out at Texas flex. Tex the owner does a really good job of taking care of his customer. Jordan is really good to feel with. And they're pricing is very reasonable me and my wife come here regularly. But I highly recommend a good place to work out where it's not overcrowded. So check them out you will enjoy it.

Stopped by the league City location just to see if the gym would be a good fit for me and the experience was great. Tex, the manager, was super helpful and welcoming, I really appreciated his professionalism.
The atmosphere is good and equipment is quality. This gym is right for you if you like a peaceful workout in a chill atmosphere. Some gyms in my opinion are too hectic and loud and it breaks focus sometimes.
