“rating 4 stars because it’s normally great, but honestly I had one specific lady that was dry and rude and unhelpful. When my naked body is on your table you could at least crack a smile. I saw a couple hairs I missed and asked if I should shave them real quick, she said no it’s fine. I feel like it’s not fine annd she just didn’t feel like waiting… Asked a couple questions and she gave vague short answers. I like when they tell me what’s going on with the hairs, what setting we are on, if we change the setting for different areas, she just did shit and said nothing. On my way out she didn’t ask me when I wanted my next appointment, so when I left I completely forgot to schedule the next appt until 8 weeks later (now). Just a very nose up vibe and in naked vulnerable positions, I don’t appreciate the tension. So i booked my next appointment for a different location.“
