“My A/C went out so I reached out to Leon's. Once everything was troubleshooted we determined that I needed a whole new system. They sent a quote over quickly with everything I needed for a complete new Trane system (old system was different manufacturer). First of all, the guys were extremely polite and respectful. They explained what they were planning to do and did a great job cleaning up afterwards. What really made them stand out was they fixed a few items that the homebuilder did a terrible job on. They were all A/C related like they reorganized my ducts to make everything more accessible as well as fixed the decking, they built blocking to set everything on in attic (the homebuilder hung the original unit from rafters in attic which looked cheap and terrible) and they blocked around vent on drain so no one would kick the PVC and break it off.
