I asked for the $19 basic oil change service. 45 minutes later, I am rung up for the $29.98 "standard" service, not what I asked for nor what the check in tech repeated to me. Magda's (the supervisor) solution -- "Do you want to wait while we drain your oil then?" WTH?? Oh, by the way, hey don't have any of the basic oil to actually do the cheap service. Typical of my experience with Walmart auto... upswell the hell out of stuff on the ticket without any customer explanation or desire to correct their mistakes.

Hit a nail. The Cibolo Walmart said they had the tire (they didn't) said I didn't have time to go to another location (I did) said I would have to replace the whole tire (not true) This Walmart fit me in last minute, the staff was friendly (playful even ) super helpful got me in and out without a moment to spare Thank you chase, Tony, and devin!

My tires were low and went to Wal mart tire and wheel service off of 3009 and 35. The two folks who assisted me were very professional and courteous. Wen and Anthony thank you for this
