Great service and staff. Went in feeling awful and was met with lots of smiles, knowledge and expert care. They were quick but not rushed. Every nurse, doctor and staff member was lovely and made a bad day better. Thanks for the help!
I was absolutely blown away by the care, concern and skill exhibited by everyone I came into contact with. They made a nervous and scary situation calming and dare I say fun. As a retired nurse I try not to be critical of my medical peers. I truly could not find one thing to say that they could improve on. Should I need an ER clinic again, I will drive the extra distance to return their for more excellent care. At the front desk was Brooke. Nurses wereDebbie and Courtney. Came to the clinic last night with my 4 yo who had a case of croup, Dr Gibson and nurse Stephanie took great care of him and made him feel very comfortable. He was all smiles even though he wasn’t feeling his best. The rest of the team last night were great and very friendly, got us checked in and seen in a short amount of time. we definitely will recommend this location to our family and friends.
