After my first visit with Dr. Nira I had immediate relief! He was very personable which I am so thankful for because I have always been nervous to visit a chiropractor. He gave me exercises to do at home to help with my posture and alleviate back pain as well, 10/10 recommend!

Very well bedside manners and explain everything to me. Showed he was there to make sure I get better that is showing he cares about his patients. And his nurse was very helpful also.

Dr. Nira assessed my alignment issues and corrected them very quickly. He offered reasonable solutions to help maintain better alignment with less pain. He is professional and friendly and I left feeling much better after less than 30 minutes.
