About Mind Works Clinical and Counseling Psychology
Mind Works Clinical and Counseling Psychology is a one stop shop for medication, therapy, and psychological testing for children and teens ages 3 - 17. The clinic provides comprehensive mental and behavioral health services, including psychological assessments, evidence-based therapy, and medication management. They treat ADHD, autism, anxiety, depression, learning disabilities, mood and behavioral disorders, and emotional dysregulation. Each child receives a customized treatment plan. Families appreciate that everyone talks to everyone here and works together to take care of children. The environment is professional and friendly. One parent noted that a provider’s patience and ability to work with kids is amazing, and another praised a staff member for being a hard worker with a caring heart for patients, very supportive and responsive. The front desk staff is also a lot of help with finding a provider. It is awesome to see how their work positively affects the children. Appointment required.

My mother, Sandra Ramirez’s experience has continuously and greatly equipped her over the years as a parent. This experience has transitioned well into the workforce where she is able to assist other parents that come from similar paths. The passion she has for this job derived from the problem solving, tedious care, and attention to detail she obtained through raising both me and my brother. Seeing others in similar paths encourages her and provides a deep connection with patients making their experience through the services a more comfortable one.
