I'd like to start off by saying, I've been a patient for 3 1/2 years. I used to see Blaine Carmichael, his assistant, Susan, was a fantastic. The front desk ladies, have always been fantastic as well. Dr. Carmichael retired. I had to go in as a "new patient" to see the new physician, James Bell, in order to get my prescriptions refilled. I’m sorry to have seen such low reviews for this office. I personally had such a good first experience. The ladies at the front desk were welcoming. My physician was great. She validated my concerns and we came up with a plan together. The lab technician was also very kind and efficient. Overall, I’m looking forward to returning for future visits.

PA Carmichael told me to schedule a follow up with him for my recovery of pneumonia. I received a call today at 3pm, the day before my appointment and I was told my "annual physical check up appointment" will be cancelled because he is unavailable. When I told the lady it was not for physical but for pneumonia, she was surprised but still told me it will have to be rescheduled or I can go to Urgent care. I told her the rescheduled time would not work for me and she proceeded to say "I don't think you heard me the first time, he is not available".
