Before I found zodiac my pool was completely green and it was awful. However, since I switched to zodiac I’ve had clear water and I never have to worry about the condition of my pool because zodiac always goes above and beyond for me!

Zodiac Pools exceeded my expectations from start to finish. The pool design was even better than I imagined, and the entire process—from excavation to having water in the pool—took just about seven weeks, which was incredibly impressive. What really stood out was the communication. Emily kept me updated at every step, explaining what was happening and what was coming next so I always knew what to expect. She and the entire team were responsive, patient, and thorough in answering all of my questions. Best of all, we stayed right on budget. I couldn’t be happier with the experience or the end result!

Our experience with Zodiac Pools was exceptional. At our initial consultation Colin listened to our expectations and went over all of our options to make sure we would get the pool of our dreams. Building started in January and was completed in May with Zodiac verifying with our HOA, the city and the county of all needed permits prior to breaking ground. The various crews were all punctual and professional and their wonderful project manager Emily kept us abreast of the next steps as the work progressed. When an unwarranted issue arose with one of our neighbors, at our request, Zodiac went out of their way to ensure the neighbor's unwarranted concerns were put to rest. Zodiac went above and beyond in order to help us keep the peace with our neighbor. The ongoing maintenance has been excellent and punctual with Bryan answering any questions we may have. We have the pool of our dreams and have had no issues with the foundation of our home nor any issues with yard drainage due to the pool's construction. We highly recommend Zodiac Pools to anyone who is looking for professionalism, quality, affordability, and transparency.

Zodiac built my pool in the fall of 2023. My experience with the build team was very good, and the pool turned out great. Had issues getting some of the finish work completed, but overall it was a good experience. Once the pool was filled and time to begin cleaning and maintaining the water chemistry I contracted with Zodiac Cleaning services for weekly service. The cleaning service has turned out to be a DISASTER. My pool has a VERY bad scale buildup form not maintaining the PH levels. I had to point out the issue to Zodiac as the service tech was not doing the job correctly. They send out their plaster specialists and he claims it’s a calcium buildup. However, the calcium levels showed to be in the normal range. To make a very long story short…I met with the Owner and he proceeded to tell me my emails pissed him off when I said his tech was not doing their job! My new pool, only 16 months old, has been be drained and acid cleaned after your company was paid to maintain, so YES I believe your tech has not been doing the job I paid for. The Owner finally agreed there was a problem and he would consult with his team and get back with me the Monday, we meet on Thursday. I never heard from him. I have contacted with a very reputable service provider out of Denton to determine the buildup issue. It was discovered that a prolonged high PH level has caused a bad scale buildup. So, I now have to pay for someone else to fix the problem Zodiac allowed to develop. The Director of Services and the Owner do not believe in customer service. I DO NOT recommend Zodiac for pool service.
Update after owner response. The response is not true. After our meeting you said you would meet with your team and develop a plan to get the issue corrected. You never contacted me. So you can not clam to have done so. What you said in your response is a lie. As far as meeting my expectation, it was very simple. Do what I paid you to do, which was keep the chemistry of my pool at the correct levels so scale does not develop to a level that requires the pool to be drained and acid washed after only 14 months. Nothing more and nothing less. The new tech that recently began performing the services said when he took over cleaning and servicing the pool the PH level was high. So the service tech that performed the service over the last 14 months, which you fired and you apologized to me for his lack of service, created a problem with my pool and you have refused to correct it. You claim to have offered a solution free of charge, that too is a lie. You never contacted me with a solution. I’m still waiting for the call or email. This review would not have never been written if you would have contacted me and agreed to correct the scale build up issue.

We had our pool built by Zodiac, and the experience was fantastic from start to finish. The construction process was smooth, professional, and the end result is beautiful—we couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. Emily was very helpful and answered all of our questions quickly! On top of that, their weekly cleaning service has been excellent. The team is reliable, thorough, and always willing to answer questions or offer helpful advice. It’s clear they truly care about their customers. Highly recommend zodiac for both pool installation and maintenance!
