Verna is amazing!! She was able to loosen my muscles and work out the knots in my neck and shoulders without making me feel sore or bruised the next day. She is truly talented. I highly recommend scheduling with her ASAP. You deserve it!
Verna quickly identified the source of some lingering pain issues with my high school kiddo. Sports ‘injuries’ in his muscles were actually some strain from posture, tension and alignment issues.
