“Great tech came in saw a 20 plus year old tankless water heater, call his master plumber, sent pictures and talked for a while, went through dignostics with nothing working, nothing. Talked to me explained what they tested and came to the same conclusion as I had it was not worth fixing. Told them to replace it and he worked in 100 degree until early evening, in my opinion he went over and above to make sure we had hot water before he left.
