person. She is a very sweet lady and you
can tell she cares about us. B.T. Peddy
was the GM and was very helpful through the process and paperwork.
Julie Smith helped us with our closing
documents and was every informative on
all the documents. The contactor treated our home with the love and respect as if it was his own. Everyone that works there has been a true blessing and my husband and I couldn't have asked for a better group of people to help us on our way to our dream forever home. From the time I walked in, I was treated with A1 Customer Service! I was greeted at the door by Clay who introduced me to Terry.
Terry gave me a lot of great information and answered any questions that I had before we went out and looked at the beautiful homes. He considered the budget of what I wanted to spend monthly and did not show me anything over that budget which I was very grateful for. However, I had my eye on one of the homes as we were getting ready to walk back into the office and he stated to me, now you know that’s not in your price range. I said I know show it to me anyway lol!

Excellent staff, Terry was amazing, his knowledge of the homes is second to none.
The homes are exceptional as well, quality work. Attention to detail can be seen throughout. Very impressed!
