I had a pretty bad leak on my water well on a Sunday afternoon. After reaching out to the Co. that installed this unit with no answer, I called Big O the following morning. They responded and performed very professionally. Once I made the call they were at my house within the hour and fixed the issue shortly after. Highly recommend them to anyone in the area for their great service!

Came home to no water late on Sunday afternoon. Big O was at my home by 8:30am Monday morning and had the issue resolved and my water running within 45 minutes. Very responsive, excellent service.

We woke up this morning without water and started looking for a service to repair the problem. I called a previous repair service that we had used but it had closed down, so I started looking around and found Big O water well service.I read the reviews and ratings other customers had written, so I decided to try them. These young men came over and did a good job. They conducted themselves in a professional matter and answered questions. I would recommend Big O water well service.

Recently, I needed service on the water well at my father's place. It had been several years since the last time we needed service, and we had used Perez Water well service in Sandia. However, Perez seems to be out of business. The last time that we used them, they referred us to Rey Ochoa, who did a great job for us.Rey is now the owner of Big O Water Well Services Inc. I suspect that most of the locals are aware of Rey, because I got his contact information from a local contact. However, given that I don't live in this area, and there wasn't a google ranking on this business, I wanted to correct this deficiency.I highly recommend Rey for your water well service needs.
