Technician very thorough and courteous, had a real concern for my system.. I give four star because I had waited all morning on Tuesday, but technician arrived at 2:50pm. No text sent to inform. Today tech text me he would be late but still waited all morning to get service. I see this as scheduling problem and more consideration need to be place on clients time.
Miguel serviced our heating and cooling system today! He was friendly and very knowledgable / thorough!! We signed up for one of their service contracts!! Thank you for the great service!!
Always impressed with Woods Comfort Systems. Miguel did our biannual system check and was very thorough. He did a great job and was vey clear with his explanations of service options and ways to maintain our great system.
