I just wanna say this is the best place ever!!!!! I had been going to four locations, buying a phone and not getting the right thing! I went to this place because a friend of mine told me about it. I was not disappointed! Ryan was my technician. He listened to me. Everyone else made me feel stupid but Ryan listened and he was able to recover my father‘s voicemail who passed away three years. I’m still crying about that because I thought I lost it when everyone else said I lost it and Ryan was able to pull it out! Ryan also showed me how to save it in other places so I will never lose my father telling me he loved me again. Amazing! I cannot thank them enough... read full review

I brought my Iphone 6 in for battery replacement. The notified me as soon as it was ready. The technician who took my order and replaced the battery and notified me it was ready to pickup was no longer with the company. Josh checked me out, charged my phone for about an hour and charged me exactly what the previous tech quoted.

Roy was really nice and respectful and made my bad day way better. Im a college student and they didnt have any mean ill of “scamming” me which could potentially happen at most shops in san marcos. Shoutout Roy!
