Was greeted by a friendly young lady when I arrived. Very professional and knowledgeable of my problem with iPad 9 screen. I was quoted a price to proceed with the repair. The tech kept me updated on the progress of the repair. They had an issue with the screen they had in stock and immediately ordered another one. They kept me updated on progress then a few days later said it was ready for pickup. Everything back to working as it should be. Price I was quoted at the start was price paid. Great customer service and will definitely return if and when needed
This is my second experience with uBreakiFix. This time, I used the San Marcos branch. The worker was kind, efficient, and gave me a reasonable estimate. Work was completed perfectly and on time
Walter at the San Marcos location was polite, professional, and very good about listening when I explained the problem with my iPad. He took me seriously, which I greatly appreciate. I thought the changing port might need to be replaced, but he was able to pry out the piece of broken lightning charger stuck in it, and bang! we were done. I was only charged for the price of a new charging cord. Thanks, Walter!!!
