I had appalling experiences here, being shamed by nurses, and dismissed by doctors. They violated my friend’s medical privacy and misdiagnosed her gynecological injury.

They weren’t the first to dismiss and misdiagnose severe asthma and bronchitis but they were the rudest. Save your money and go to an urgent care within your network instead.

Do not go here for women’s health. No one knows what they’re talking about and the NP that saw me called me a liar and was talking about my info in the hallway with the MA. I was also disrespected another time at the thorpe lane location. These people are all incompetent.

They charged me $97 for visit despite having health insurance. This is more expensive than going to a regular urgent care. The doctor that saw me was very kind however, I was told I would not have to pay for anything and that my health insurance covered it and then was sent an email two weeks later saying I owed close to a $100
