I brought a bridesmaid dress that was far too low cut, and they were able to make it absolutely perfect in not even three weeks! At $30, this is an unbeatable deal, especially with how much peace of mind it gave me so close to such a big event. I wish that more business were so reliable as this one.

First I want to say, I had to have a bridesmaid dressed taken up and hemmed and they did a great job. However… there was an issue when I came to pick up my dress. I get to the store and it kind of takes her a while to find the dress, which was making me a little nervous. When she found it, it was thrown haphazardly over a pile of clothes, which kind of rubbed me the wrong way. So I’m looking at the dress and she hasn’t even started on it. MIND YOU, it has been up there for a week. Shirley & Frida are the best seamstresses, willing to take on the toughest of projects. I am a beekeeper and my favorite bee jacket veil had become torn and unusable. Shirley and Frida were not only willing to take on the unusual project, but they succeeded magnificently. I am now back in business in my favorite bee jacket with a new, replacement round veil.
