Chad has been very helpful as my family is going through a very stressful time. Came home to a completely flooded house, and he literally showed up within 5-6 minutes of me calling Roto-Rooter. He showed up dressed really nice and was on his way to a family event. He still took the detour to my house to meet with me. Seems like he would have had a valid excuse to pass the buck to someone else.
He eased my mind while also being realistic with expectations. He mentioned upfront the process would be overwhelming at times and to let him know if we ever needed to slow down or ask questions. He has been a man of his word and made this process much easier than I imagine it normally is.
Hard to find contractors who are this genuine, at least from past experiences.
