Miss Bri was very helpful. There was an issue with my phone not getting her calls but she was quick to help me fix that issue. I had a long drive from my employment to the branch and she was willing to stay a few minutes late to help me and make sure my due dates and payments were set up correctly.
Brizeida Cortez and office staff were very helpful through the whole loan process, thankful that they gave me a chance to continue to possess my RV with helping to lower my loan rate. I’m very grateful for their assistance!
