This lady needs a raise. I took in my PC today (May 13) that had some issues. She was so awesome! I wish I could remember her name. She went above and beyond to help me and got the problem resolved. Absolutely a blessing! Keep it up!

The lady working by herself today (5/13) was a godsend. I am so impressed with her and how she helped serval people at once and her attitude was absolutely amazing. Someone give her a raise!

I had scammers enter my computer through a popup that appeared as a sheer film over a "next" button on a web page. The technicians were respectful, kept me updated on progress of the work, gave me an appointment to review the completed work and view the results on my computer. Work was completed as scheduled and it made my internet experience better than ever.
