Bill in North Austin was amazing! We had water damage from our washing machine ruin the flooring in our house and had to choose another kind. A forced renovation is not exactly how you imagine changing up things in your home and makes it extremely stressful when you weren’t planning changing flooring but Bill helped us through it all. He was very patient with us as we couldn’t make up our minds with the style of flooring and tile. He made everything less stressful and made me feel at peace throughout the process. They definitely have a lot of options in their showroom. Knowledgeable about different types of flooring options. Communication between the office staff and the customer could use some work.

A well deserved “shout-out” to Floor King for the great job on the installation of floor tile in the Reading Room and Music Room at our home in San Marcos.
