Many residents appreciate the quiet environment that allows for effective studying, along with the quick maintenance service. While there have been reports of safety concerns such as gunshots and vandalism in the parking lot, many still find that Dakota Ranch grows on them if given a chance. Overall, it serves as a great spot for those focused on academics while providing a comfortable living experience.
Front desk staff is awesome!
The staff is here is absolutely amazing! Everyone is so sweet and they host super fun and cool events and contests nearly every other week. The outdoor gym area is probably my favorite part about living in Dakota Ranch because I get to enjoy the weather and workout at the same time. I love hiking in the trails and the dog park community here is amazing! We have our own group chat where everyone sends pictures of their cute puppy’s and it makes my day. I have made many friends here and it was such an easy decision to renew for another year!
