Nick with Copperfield Plumbing was very professional and helpful. If they had a six stars, I would give them six stars rating. The staff was very nice. He was prompt and went above and beyond what was required.
Had a situation in our neighborhood that impacted at least three homes with plumbing issue, Nick Was able to troubleshoot the problem for us, which ended up being much bigger. It was definitely an issue in the neighborhood, possibly impacting many homes, even if they didn’t realize there were symptoms yet. He helped communicate with our HOA the problem and went on his own to take pictures of how our overflow pipes were filled, and then the HOA with the city of San Marcos could resolve an issue that was done possibly during a construction phase, but it was causing a back up in our pipes. We had a toilet stoppage affecting several homes on our street. Nick came out to assess the issue and determined it was way beyond the capabilities of his equipment....a city sewage/drainage issue affecting about 22 homes. He made all the necessary calls for us, went up and down the street checking and opening all the overflow pipes, and spent about an hour with us. This was service way beyond any we've ever experienced in the 50+ years we've been homeowners!
We can highly recommend Nick and Copperfield Plumbing! We will definitely use them for all plumbing needs.
