Doctor Welsh is excellent and personable. He's on point and explains things well. His staff are very professional, great communicators, and friendly. I would highly recommend Central Texas Eye Center for your eye care needs.
Loved my doctor but I called Friday before my work trip so I could come back Wednesday to having my contacts ordered in. The phone call was great they said I could come back next week to pick them up. After my long and exhausting trip I stopped by to pick them up and there was no record of my call or order. I had to show the receptionist my phone log to prove I called, she said there was no order. I understand she was gone and someone else took the desk however how can you not make any record of my order… there was no apology and I was told they will be in within 3-5 business days which means I probably won’t get them till NEXT week when I have already... read full review
Girls that gave eye exam were very un professional. Mixing up patients and giggling about it with me in the waiting room where I could hear it all. I have never walked out of a dr. Visit in my life till today. A lot more professionalism is needed.
