If you know me. I will procrastinate and call it ‘I’m thinking’. If it’s a big purchase I struggle with pulling the trigger even more. Well, as it goes I needed to replace our AC. I asked around and found a few places. I got estimates and wanted to ask questions. I met with Aire Serv and many others. But Mark Blair with Aire Serv of the River Cities provided excellent customer service, worked with me and followed up with me numerous times to offer me the best deal and quality parts. Our AC needed retro fitting. Mark said it’s not a problem. The unit was installed in a few short hours and is now working beautifully.
