I reached out to Above Quality roofing when a shower was leaking water into the hallway. Rey walked me through the process of filing a claim. Insurance had issued a check, but nowhere close to what was needed to cover the damages and repair. Rey was very knowledgeable and made sure insurance covered their part. I paid my deductible but glad I called Above Quality roofing in San Juan to take care of my home.
I cannot thank Above Quality Roofing enough for their outstanding service throughout the entire roofing process. From the very beginning, they guided me through every step of the insurance claim process and went above and beyond to provide additional support when it was needed to ensure I was able to get my new roof approved.
Their communication was excellent throughout the project, keeping me informed and answering any questions I had along the way. Once everything was approved and cleared, they completed my roof in a timely and professional manner.

Excellent communication with Reynaldo during and after the purchase of my new roof! He was patient enough to explain the itemized bill which put me at ease with what I was paying for . He also took before and after photos of my roof which showed all the work they went through during the process.
10/10 performance and social skills. Will definitely be looking for him for my next big home project
