“First- I like my stylist Ericka, she is always very welcoming, asks every time if I want the same hair style or to change it up, friendly, and double checks to make sure I’m happy with my haircut. She asks if I want the MVP and is not pushy or aggressive about it. She always makes sure to ask for my card to give me points. She just does a great job! Second- the store on Eastlake Blvd, is always clean, tidy and the staff there are welcoming. One of the staff or multiple will welcome you when you enter the store and ask if you have signed in. “Nancy did an amazing job with my 7- not so patient yr old! He did well in her hands, was at ease and pleased with her approach. She embraced him, took into consideration his uneasiness and soothed him into the process. Even welcomed his opinion and made him feel valued and part of the process. Whereas prior to her he dreaded haircuts, was uneasy which in turn made me uneasy- hairdresser’s approach made it even more challenging. Often cut him or left him uneven, was blatantly forceful- as she deemed him “difficult.” Leaving us to feel he perhaps was, prolonging appointments as much possible- glad we didn’t settle and found Nancy to grant us an entire different, positive experience and shed the label on my son! In addition to all of it- the haircut was even, blended and meticulous! Despite it being for a child- she took him seriously and left him with quality hair. The 7 “difficult” yr old deems her a nice person who cut his hair AWESOME and is gentle!“
