honestly the first time I went was in 2022 and Rosie did my hair. She did it very amazing I loved it so much. However, I went back in May 2024 for my graduation and I loved the color although it wasn’t spot on what I showed from a picture it was okay bc I knew it wouldn’t be spot on, but what gets me upset is the hair cut I got. I asked for long layers my hair originally was long already I just wanted maybe 2 inches off and long layers that’s what I got but it came out very choppy and ugly i struggle to be content with my hair now. Mind you it wasn’t Rosie who did my hair the 2nd time so not blaming her and I never complain bc I don’t like confrontation but i honestly hate my hair :(
