This is not a service that someone is looking forward to, but Rachel and the rest of the staff helped make our experience as pleasant as it could possibly be under the circumstances. They were friendly, accommodating and very helpful. We ordered my husband’s headstone and bench from them and both pieces arrived sooner than expected and when we saw them we were very pleased to see they were more beautiful than we had hoped. I highly recommend their services but also recommend pre-planning if at all possible.
