He set expectations of what he would be covering and the purpose of our meeting. Really fantastic service from start to finish. AC went out last night on Labor Day Sunday. Found Zimmermann online and decided to give them a call. The receptionist was extremely nice and dispatched Omar to my home just a few hours later. Omar saved me and my home from a potential fire. The faulty fuse box had to be replaced and a capacitor within the outdoor unit, but Omar was knowledgeable and immediately knew the problem and required solution. Couldn't be more thankful for such great service!
Terry came by today to discuss the condition of my 28-year old ducts which need to be replaced. He was very knowledgeable, professional, answered all my questions, and gave me several helpful tips. I very much appreciated his honesty and friendly demeanor.
