Established in 2005, the studio offers Private and Small Group Training, as well as Online Coaching. The classes, including Bootcamp and Core Moves, cater to both beginners and advanced participants, ensuring a supportive environment for all fitness levels. In 2020, Sonya partnered with Anthony Jackson to incorporate his 9 years of Ballroom Dance instruction, enriching the services with Private Lessons and Group Classes that are energetic and engaging.
