I have dealt with Yeti for 2 years now and I continue to be impressed with their kindness, service, punctuality, knowledge, and the way they explain everything! Huge shoutout to Carlos from Yeti Cooling and Air! He was prompt, professional, and respectful — even wore shoe covers inside my house! He arrived early in the appointment window, explained everything he did during my AC tune-up (part of a CPS promotion), and never tried to upsell unnecessary stuff. Carlos was thorough, detailed, honest, and made sure I understood all the readings and numbers in his diagnostics. Absolutely 6 out of 5 stars — I will definitely be a Yeti customer for life!

Yeti cooling and heating tuned up our air conditioner and and did a fantastic job. His work on the inside and outside units resulted in much cooler house afterwards so we raised the thermostat by 1 degree. He also pointed out concerns that will need addressing. In all, we’re satisfied with Carlos’ expertise and professionalism.
