I was completely flabbergasted by that approach. But XYZ? They were different right from the start. They came out in person, took detailed photos, and gave me a real, accurate estimate. I had no idea those photos would come in so clutch later when I had to deal with my insurance company after the March downpour. Total game-changer. Speaking of insurance, XYZ walked me through every step of the painful claims process and helped me fight to get the maximum payout. Even after installation, when issues popped up due to shoddy work from my previous roofing company, XYZ handled it like pros—with no runaround, just solutions. Installation day? They showed up on time with a massive crew and equipment. I was shocked to see a full-on semi-truck with a boom lift hoisting shingles up to the roof—saving the crew from constant trips up and down.
