WM has great people and they are very professional.The sales team is even better. It was an easy process setting up our account.It’s also easy to navigate their website for all our billing information. The landfill is very busy but they get us in and out very quickly.

With all the money they charge, they could at least paint the speed bumps and have two different dump sites for city workers/civilians. City workers in trash trucks are on the clock and love to milk the hour. They definitely take their sweet time. Multiple extra fees for unrelated item dumping?? Waste water? Fuel, for their machines?!? Environmental?? Ridiculous! Beck landfill is waaaaay better!!!

The were supposed to put a larger dumpster at our site, they removed the dumpster completely without replacing it and then i went two days trying to get a hold of someone. They finally dropped the dumpster off and then said someone would call me about the situation and no one called. 1 star.

Don’t go here unless you have a ton of trash. I was charged 109 and then explained that I don’t need to weigh out. Just because their minimum is 1000 pounds. The lady in the office asked me what I had. I told her 1 mattress and like 200 pounds of trash if that. I was towing with a mini van and a small uhaul trailer. She could’ve told me beforehand that it was a minimum of 1000 pounds. But no she decided to take advantage of me and just make me pay. Now if you’re taking a boat load of trash it may be good. But not for small amounts.

After reading all the negative reviews last night. I still went to dump a trailer full of construction trash the next day. I mentioned to the lady at the counter it was my first time there. She was nice and explained to me how everything worked and where to go. I was in and out of that place within 30 mins. Great service, great experience. Not sure what competitors prices are so I am not going to go into detail on that. But I was 100% satisfied with everything!

WM has reliable and professional waste services. However, pricing is outrageous and they “reward” long time customers by raising their rates 30-50% every year. They do not have competitive pricing except for new customers.
