I called Will’s Plumbing Testing Service on a Saturday after our upstairs bathroom sink wouldn’t drain. To my surprise an answering service didn’t answer - a live person took my call! I scheduled the emergency service and it was a short wait time for the plumber, Aaron Saenz, to arrive. Aaron was very professional and courteous. He asked questions, checked things, and then explained what needed to be done. He removed the things from underneath the sink for me, and put it back when he was done. Aaron even gave me some tips on keeping the drain clear as part of our own home maintenance to avoid emergencies such as the one I had. I thought that was very kind! When it came to prices and payment, I was impressed with how they were able to help us save money.
