Fausto Flores, a sales manager, was who made initial contact with my family and I. He was accompanied by Preston, another sales rep. for the company. I hope that was his name, if not, my apologies. Fausto is professional, has great customer service skills and is knowledgeable of the product and services. Preston didn't talk much but was friendly and from what it seemed like, was learning from Fausto. Good luck to him. Fausto was more than accommodating to my schedule and financial situation and was able to help me work out a proper service time and explained the payments well so I could adjust to make sure I'd be able to afford the services when they were scheduled.... read full review

White Knight has provided excellent pest control service to my home for years. Today, Michael K. was the service technician performing the service in an exemplary fashion. The White Knight service ensures the bugs stay outside!

Five stars for our technician, AJ, but a very low rating for the company itself. AJ was wonderful—thorough, attentive, and the first tech to actually address our ongoing pest issues. Unfortunately, the front office is frustrating to deal with. We recently experienced a need to cancel the Serpent Guard service due to a renovation happening on the property, but received zero communication back after multiple phone calls placed into that particular department. A customer shouldn't have to chase down a company for answers. AJ is carrying this review!
