Fausto Flores, a sales manager, was who made initial contact with my family and I. He was accompanied by Preston, another sales rep. for the company. I hope that was his name, if not, my apologies. Fausto is professional, has great customer service skills and is knowledgeable of the product and services. Preston didn't talk much but was friendly and from what it seemed like, was learning from Fausto. Good luck to him. Fausto was more than accommodating to my schedule and financial situation and was able to help me work out a proper service time and explained the payments well so I could adjust to make sure I'd be able to afford the services when they were scheduled. White Knight did right by hiring them.
My first service was completed by Justin F. Professional. Friendly. Attentively listened to my concerns about the problem areas I spotted around my new house. And followed up with a proper thorough inspection. He even called his supervisor to ensure the proper course of action could be done to the utmost of his service abilities. That meant alot to us.
First impressions are everything and so far, from sales team to technician, I am pleased. I'm curious to see how well White Knights services holds up in comparison to our previous pest control companies we've used.
