Wow !!! Didn’t know this clinic had reached a low of a 2.6 positive level.
Wasn’t ever this low when it was Stoneoak Family Practice under Dr John Phillips and his medical staff. But then it was absorbed by the Wellmed medical giant.
I hope the good folks who invested in their new large fancy location off 281N take notice in these these low ratings so I can get better medical attention & avoid the communication mixups I recently had .
BTW, still waiting for the letter I was supposed to have received regarding my primary doctor leaving this clinic some time ago. Never mind, I know now 😙
I have been going here since 2017. My PCP left and I chose Dr. Wendy Nguyen as my PCP. Last year at my yearly checkup I scheduled my next yearly checkup for Oct. 30 of this year withe vloodwork scheduled for Thu, Oct 23. I received a call today that there was a scheduling conflict and my appointment would need to be rescheduled to March 18 unless I would see her PA. My bloodwork would still be done on Oct. 23, but we would review in March! No, not reasonable! My appt was scheduled one year ago, how is there a scheduling conflict? Please explain.
Dr. Wendy has been my PCP for over 35years, maybe closer to 40! I actually enjoy going for my check ups and lab work. Both she, Michael and the entire staff have always been cordial, respectful and caring. I have never had a complaint. Never.
I live in Spring Branch, North of 281 & FM 306 and it’s a long drive to & from but I don’t mind.
Dr. Wendy has become the PCP for other family members and close friends, all of whom enjoy her care!
