I walked in to have my new glasses adjusted that I ordered online and received quick service. Only concern is I noticed a scratch on the lens along the frame after and need to get that fixed. The glasses themselves are nice and lightweight. Overall happy with my purchase.
It was great. I already had my prescription, was able to put in my order. Paid the extra for 5-6 day shipping. Put the order in on Monday evening and got them Friday evening. Fantastic!!
I walked in and was greeted by Tanner whom was very helpful in helping me select my next pair of glasses. His taste caught my style in seconds and his explanations of the process I had to do was just as clear as these next pair of glasses. This was my first time shopping at Warby Parker and Tanner definitely set the bar for my customer service experience.
