I stopped by the other day and had a really great experience. A young lady helped me pick out some frames, and she was incredibly kind and patient throughout the whole process. I took a while deciding, but she never rushed me and made me feel comfortable taking my time. She also helped me find styles that actually suited what I was looking for, which I really appreciated. Overall, she was super kind and made the experience enjoyable. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Jonathan (hope I spelled that right) was very kind, friendly, and helpful! SUCH a refreshing turn of employees compared to other locations we've visited. He offered assistance on finding the right frames by our sought after colors, styles, etc. He was able to pull some of our previous order info and assist us efficiently. Awesome, awesome customer service. Can't wait to pick up our glasses!
