Dr. Raul Trevino truly cares about his patients. Nearly a year ago, I suffered a scratched cornea—hands down the worst pain I’ve ever experienced. Dr. Trevino came into the office on his day off to see me, and I honestly don’t know what I would have done without him. I couldn’t even open my eye because the pain was so intense. He was calm, reassuring, and incredibly informative, and he continued to check in on me as I healed until my eye was back to normal. It was a terrifying experience, but having a doctor like Dr. Trevino made all the difference. Doctors like him are rare to come by. I recommended him to anyone that ask for an eye doctor recommendation!
I previously had a terrible review of this establishment, but returned with my son and a friend recently because our insurance chaged. What ever the problems were before, they have fixed them. 3 appointments, contact order, glasses order, and quote in less than 1.5 hours. Very impressed with our service this time.
Dr. Trevino is the best. He takes his time to explain your diagnosis and will work very hard to ensure you have the best fit (contacts and/or glasses). Staff is courteous, and is willing to work through various situations with you. Can not recommend this place enough.
