This particular office has an uncommon total package. The receptionists, nurses, and phlebotomists are always so kind, even when the office is busy. For the past two years I have been cared for by Dr. Trinidad and Nurse Practitioner Dominguez. They are both great medical practitioners. I have never felt rushed, unheard, or misunderstood by either one of them. They do a tremendous job at listening and asking meaningful questions that allow them to make their solution-oriented decisions. Typically, either the office staff are nice and the doctors are unpleasant or the doctors are great but the office staff are difficult to deal with. Fortunately, this office has wonderful staff AND care providers.

Bounced around different doctors for 3 years with my A1C between 7.0-7.5. In 3 months after my first visit Dr. Trinidad got it down to 6.2 and it has been running at 5.6 since then. Great doctor. Friendly staff.

My visits are always met with politeness and respect. I’m usually called back quickly and the nurse takes my vital with efficiency and answers any questions I have about my prescriptions and makes note of them. I always feel like the NP listens to my questions and concerns and we work together toward a solution.

I was very dissatisfied with the person who drew my blood. He was very rude no bed side manor. I had to go to the lady’s room but did not in case I had to give a sample. Well I ask to go to the lady’s room & was told if I went he would call the next patient. Very rude man!!! He had on gloves and did not want to place my arm in the right position to draw blood only kept saying move it this way turn it back some. I hope I never see him again or I will ask for someone else!!!
