This particular office has an uncommon total package. The receptionists, nurses, and phlebotomists are always so kind, even when the office is busy. For the past two years I have been cared for by Dr. Trinidad and Nurse Practitioner Dominguez. They are both great medical practitioners. I have never felt rushed, unheard, or misunderstood by either one of them. They do a tremendous job at listening and asking meaningful questions that allow them to make their solution-oriented decisions. Typically, either the office staff are nice and the doctors are unpleasant or the doctors are great but the office staff are difficult to deal with. Bounced around different doctors for 3 years with my A1C between 7.0-7.5. In 3 months after my first visit Dr. Trinidad got it down to 6.2 and it has been running at 5.6 since then. Great doctor. Friendly staff.
My visits are always met with politeness and respect. I’m usually called back quickly and the nurse takes my vital with efficiency and answers any questions I have about my prescriptions and makes note of them. I always feel like the NP listens to my questions and concerns and we work together toward a solution.
