Dr. Ng is seriously amazing. He is my mom’s doctor (I take her to her visits) and we love him so much. His time and patience and genuine discussions makes us feel hopeful and fully cared about. I even tried to change my own PCP to him, but I would have to change my insurance plan for it to be allowed, which I plan to do for a doctor like Dr. Ng.
I have been to four of the six locations for Porter Medical associates since they opened and let me tell you the Brooklyn Avenue location is by far the best. The front office staff, Vanessa, and Emily, The medical tech are absolutely fabulous. They are so personable. They try their best to accommodate you. They always call to remind you of your appointments. They always follow up with their calls. We were so upset to see Megan Oliver leave the practice, and they brought in Maurice Jones is the new nurse practitioner and is very thorough. We are so pleased with Brooklyn location of PMA. I'm happy to report that our medical issue was resolved. Ms. Loretta was able to research and resolve the problem. She made sure that our medical records were updated in their database.
