Kevin came out this time and had the heater diagnosed and running again within 20 minutes. Appreciate the high level of service these guys offer.

Kevin was awesome. Punctual, communicative and very friendly. Also very patient and helpful answering all my questions. Lisa also did a wonderful job coordinating and communicating with me. These guys are great. Can’t wait to call them again.

Called to get a maintenance program started on my 5 year old ac unit. After calling many companies I came to select Veteran Air. So today they came and did their third maintenance. Kevin was our maintenance man to come out. After inspection of the unit in the attic, he continued to clean and check all the voltage and pressure and refrigerant and clean the outside coils. Great person to talk to also. Great job. I will recommend them. Thank you
