We went in for an illness visit. The front desk was very welcoming, and then our tech sezen was very welcome when she took us to the back to a room.she was very nice with my French bulldog kitana and showed empathy and concern. We did have to wait 2 hours to see the Veterinarian but that’s due to us coming in early. Our appt was at 3pm but I called to see if we could come earlier, they said to come in at 1pm, and that we would possibly have to wait a little and we ended up still waiting until 3pm to see the doctor. Vetco was great with our dog Orie!! She came in really dehydrated and had masses on her neck. They rehydrated her and drained the mass, she came home 100% better and happy! I would recommend Vetco to anyone who needs pet assistance and guidance! Their bedside manner is excellent! Thank you!!
Brought my newly adopted cat in today and the doctor and staff were all amazing. My questions and concerns were answered and I know if I need any help in the future I will be able to rely on them. Highly recommend!!!
