Went to Vanguard mobile clinic today at HEB and had the absolute pleasure of meeting and working with Addison. She was attentive to what my dog needed and even advocated for her space without batting an eyelash in the most professional manner. Give this girl raise!
I love this place. Staff and Dr Navarro are amazing. He is so gentle and so good with my 3 cats n my dog. They all love him too even my crazy tabby who freaks out easily, is totally chill in his hands. I do t know how he does it. He is like a pet whisper lol. I went to the one closer to me by 211 and I was so disappointed there. At this location Dr. Navarro always ask and considers the financial option as well, to me- Let’s try this route and if it doesn’t work we can do testing. I love how he treats me and my fur babies.
Dr. Navarro and his team are amazing. My dear beloved dog was suffering from digestive issues which was subsequently diagnosed as Pyometra since she was intact. He did his best to treat her; but the infection was too far spread and she succumbed to the infection. They were so compassionate and took the time to explain everything to me in a caring manner. Thank you Angel for the consistent follow ups, as she sensed my anxiety as I had never boarded my pet in our ten years together. I only wish they caught on to her pneumonia the day before she passed and was in the office, but she was just so weak with multiple complications, Dr. Navarro did his best to give her the best...read full review
