I am a very anxious person and I hate crowds and can get easily overwhelmed by employees checking in, but I went into this location today and had an amazing experience! I had two associates check in on me, both times it felt like a conversation with a friend who is excited about a product vs someone trying to sell me something. they made me feel more than comfortable asking questions. also this is the first location i’ve been to in SA which still has birthday rewards late in the month!!
Jocelyn did an amazing job with my haircut and style. I came in with a specific 90s-inspired look in mind, and she completely understood what I was asking for. She took the time to make sure everything looked just right, and the final result was exactly what I wanted. She also has such a chill, easygoing vibe that made the whole appointment relaxing and enjoyable.
