I cannot rave enough about Kait and how much she helped me today! I showed her the look I wanted to achieve and she took her time, not only finding the right products, but teaching me exactly how to apply them.
I am very new to the makeup world, and it can be overwhelming, but she made it a very calm and fulfilling experience!

Very disappointed, i regular this Ulta frequently and I’m usually satisfied with the employer Layla who always makes a point to help me. Unfortunately, that was not the case today, another employee whos name tag I believe said ailya or ailyah couldn’t seem to pull herself away from her obviously personal phone calls to help me…very disappointed

I debated posting this review but it needs to be said. A couple months ago I decided to get a simple haircut and scalp treatment on a whim because my regular stylist was booked. When I arrived I asked politely if the stylist would be ok with trimming my hair dry (my hair texture curlyish 2C) so I prefer it being cut dry to assess what needs to come off. I clearly stated I wanted just a simple haircut and about 2 inches taken off. He said sure. After my wash he starts trimming it wet (yes I could have spoke up) but this was literally 10 minutes ago I requested this.
